Q. How do I sign up for a cake subscription?

A. Its easy, just click this link below or visit our shop at the top of the page. 


Q. When will my subscription be delivered? 

A. Boxes are posted out on the third Thursday of each month, via First Class Post, so should reach you the next day, or at the latest the day after. Dispatch dates for the next 3 months are shown below: 


19th of September (to arrive 20th/21st)

17th of October (to arrive 18th/19th)

21st of November (to arrive 22nd/23rd)


Q.  Whats the latest date I can order a subscription box? 

A. You need to sign up and pay no later than 7 days before dispatch date. This gives us plenty of time to stock up and get baking! 


Q. Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

A. Yes, it makes a great gift! You can add a personalised message at checkout and add the recipient's address for monthly delivery. 


Q. What will I get in the box?

A. Each box will be different, but you'll always get 4 bakes from our selection of layered cakes, loaves, brownies and cookies. You'll also get teabags from The Liverpool Tea Warehouse to give you the perfect tea and cake combo! A full list of ingredients and allergens will be sent with your box, but please email us if you have any questions prior to ordering: info@thegildergreen.co.uk

Q. Are all of your products gluten free?

A. Yes, all of our bakes are 100% gluten free, produced in a gluten free kitchen.


Q. Do you products contain nuts?

A. A large number of our bakes contain nuts and peanuts. Due to the presence of nuts in our kitchen, unfortunately we can not guarantee that any of our products are nut free.  


Q. Do your cakes contain dairy? 

A. A lot of our bakes contain butter and the chocolate we use contains milk. Any extra milk used in cakes is either Soya or Almond milk and the cream cheese we use is Lactofree. 


Every order is sent with a list of ingredients, with allergens clearly marked. If you would like any allergen information before placing an order, please email us at info@thegildergreen.co.uk and we will be happy to help. 



Delivery

Q. When will my order be sent?

A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.


Q. When will my order arrive?

A. You can choose from a number of delivery methods at checkout. Items posted via First Class Post should arrive the next day (excluding Sundays), or at the latest the day after. Item posted with Tracked24 will arrive the next day (excluding Sundays). 

Cupcake and Large Cakes will be sent by courier using a next day delivery service. 


Q. Can I collect my order from you?

A. We don't offer a collection service, however can make free local deliveries in the Liverpool area. Please contact us if you would like more information.
